Applicability
- A customer / consumer is understood to mean any visitor to the website who is or will enter into a contractual relationship of any kind with Pixel 2 Mix. If the customer / consumer refers to its terms and conditions, these terms and conditions do not apply and are hereby rejected. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer of the Pixel 2 Mix and to every distance contract concluded between Pixel 2 Mix and the consumer.
- Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the customer / consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur will indicate, before concluding the distance contract, how the general terms and conditions can be viewed at the entrepreneur and that they will be sent free of charge as soon as possible at the request of the consumer.
- If the distance contract is concluded electronically, by way of derogation from the previous paragraph and before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions can be made available electronically to the customer / consumer in such a way that they are customer / consumer can be easily stored on a durable data carrier. If this is not reasonably possible, before the distance contract is concluded, it will be indicated where the general terms and conditions can be inspected electronically and that they will be sent free of charge at the request of the customer / consumer electronically or otherwise. .
- These Terms and Conditions may be changed or supplemented at any time by Pixel 2 Mix -Homemade Crafts.
Offer / Agreement
- All Pixel 2 Mix offers are without obligation and while supplies last. Pixel 2 Mix expressly reserves the right to change prices. An agreement is concluded when the payment is received by Pixel 2 Mix. The confirmation of payment receipt will be confirmed by Pixel 2 Mix by email to the email address provided. The customer / consumer expressly agree that by using electronic communication forms a valid agreement is concluded. The electronic files of Pixel 2 Mix, insofar as the law allows, hereby as evidence. Pixel 2 Mix tries to display images and information related to the product as accurately as possible. Pixel 2 Mix does not guarantee, however, that all products will fully comply with the information provided. Minimal deviations cannot give rise to compensation and / or dissolution of the agreements / agreement.
- Each offer / agreement contains such information that it is clear to the customer / consumer what rights and obligations are attached to accepting the offer. This concerns in particular:
* The price including taxes;

Right of withdrawal
- A purchased PDF Pattern cannot be returned, because it concerns the purchase of a digital file, which can be stored by the customer / consumer immediately upon receipt.
- With physical products, the customer / consumer is obliged to check whether the products comply with the agreement upon delivery. The customer / consumer must take into account minor size and color differences of the products depicted on the website. If the products do not comply with the agreement, Pixel 2 Mix has the choice to replace the products in question by returning them with new products or to refund the invoice value (excluding shipping costs) of the product. If you do not wish to purchase a product for any reason, you have the right to return the product to Pixel 2 Mix within seven (7) working days after delivery. This does not apply to PDF Patterns sent by email. Physical return to the business address is unfortunately not possible.
- If the customer / consumer makes use of the right, as stated, Pixel 2 Mix will ensure the refund of the amount paid by the customer / consumer to Pixel 2 Mix, minus the shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. . The costs for returning the products are at the expense of the customer / consumer. Sending items is at your own risk. If something is damaged during transport, Pixel 2 Mix is ​​not responsible for this and the repair costs will also be charged on the return amount.
Prices and Payments
- All prices stated by Pixel 2 Mix are expressed in Euros including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise or agreed in writing. Special offers are only valid for the period of validity as stated on the website in relation to that special offer. Shipping costs do not apply to emailed PDF Patterns, however there are shipping costs for patterns sent by post. Pixel 2 Mix cannot be held to its offers if the customer / consumer should reasonably have understood that the offer or any part thereof contains an obvious mistake / error. Offers do not automatically apply to repeated orders.
- Orders via the website can be paid in the following ways;

Warranty and Liability
Pixel 2 Mix gives a 1 year warranty on the purchased items, provided that the product can be delivered again. It is possible to give a guarantee for unique products. This warranty does not apply in the event of wear and tear, improper use or use in a washing machine. Pixel 2 Mix can never be held liable for improper use. If Pixel 2 Mix, for whatever reason, is obliged to compensate any damage, the compensation will never exceed the amount equal to the invoice value with regard to the product or service that caused the damage. It is possible that Pixel 2 Mix includes links on its website to other websites / YouTube, which may be interesting or informative for the visitor. Such links are for informational purposes only. Pixel 2 Mix is ​​not responsible for the content of the website / YouTube referred to or the use that can be made of it. Pixel 2 Mix cannot be held liable if the customer / consumer does not understand the pattern or does not master the technique.
Delivery
Orders are delivered as soon as possible. In case of direct payment, a download file in Adobe PDF will be sent to the specified email address (you must at least be in possession of Acrobat Reader, which is available free of charge from the Adobe website). With "payment in advance", the ordered items are sent after receipt of payment. If no payment or response is received 7 days after order, the order will not be considered "not received". The stated delivery times are an indication and never count as a definitive term. Exceeding any delivery period does not entitle the customer / consumer to compensation, nor the right to cancel the order and / or to dissolve the agreement. If a product is temporarily on for or specially ordered by the customer / consumer, it will be indicated that this product is temporarily unavailable. Pixel 2 Mix can immediately communicate a delivery time to the customer / consumer by email. Delivery takes place at the delivery address and / or email address specified by the customer during the conclusion of the agreement. For physical deliveries outside the Netherlands, different conditions apply, which can be requested separately by email (info@pixel2mix.com). Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the ordered item at the business address.
Force of the majority
In case of force majeure, Pixel 2 Mix is ​​not bound by its obligations towards the customer / consumer. The obligation is suspended for the duration of the force majeure. "Force majeure" is understood to mean; any circumstance beyond its control, as a result of which the fulfillment of its obligation to the customer cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part. Those circumstances include; restrictive measures imposed by the government, illness, fire, business failure, energy failure, digital failure, telephone failure, internet failure, non-delivery or late delivery by suppliers or other third parties, the unavailability of the website.
Intellectual property
The reseller / customer / consumer explicitly acknowledges that all intellectual property rights of displayed information, images, communications, PDF patterns or other expressions with regard to the products and / or with regard to the website rest with Pixel 2 Mix. Intellectual property is understood to mean; patent, copyright, trademark drawings and design rights and / or other (intellectual property) rights, including technical and / or commercial know-how, methods and concepts, whether or not patentable. Retention of title
Ownership of the products is only transferred when the customer / consumer has fulfilled all his obligations under the agreement. If the customer / consumer fails to receive the products, the resulting damage and costs will be borne by the customer / consumer. Any return shipments to Pixel 2 Mix are at the expense of the customer and must be made carriage paid and with a written statement of reasons.

If you have provided your email address when requesting a free crochet pattern and/or when placing an order, we will initially send you our newsletter. All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these General Terms and Conditions apply, as well as these General Terms and Conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
